Can I see a piece before I buy it?
Yes. Book a home trial and we will bring a selected piece to you, set it in the room it is meant for, and leave you to live with it. There is no obligation to keep it.
Why do sofas take 8–12 weeks?
Because they are not sitting in a warehouse. Upholstered pieces are built to order — the frame is made, the foam is cut, the fabric is cut and sewn to that specific frame. Anything available immediately in this category has usually been mass-produced to a very different standard.
Do you hold stock in the UAE?
Yes, for carpets, side tables and lighting. Those ship from our Dubai warehouse in 5–10 working days. Upholstery and marble tables are made to order.
Are the marble tops real stone?
Yes, natural marble, 20 mm, sealed at the factory before despatch. Because it is real stone, every top’s veining is different from the photograph on the product page — that is the nature of the material.
Can I order a different fabric or size?
On most upholstered pieces, yes. Contact us with the piece and what you have in mind. Bespoke orders carry a longer lead time and are not returnable.
Do you take payment in instalments?
Payment options are shown at checkout. Availability depends on your bank and the order value.
Will it fit in my lift?
Check the dimensions on the product page against your lift and doorways before ordering, and tell us about any tight access when we call to book delivery. Large sectionals are the usual problem — they are supplied in modules, which helps, but not in every building.
Do you work with interior designers?
