Delivery across the UAE
Every piece is delivered by our own two-person team, carried into the room of your choice, unwrapped, positioned and levelled. We take all packaging away with us. We do not leave furniture in a lobby or at a door.
Timings
- In-stock pieces — carpets, side tables and lighting are typically delivered within 5–10 working days of your order.
- Made-to-order upholstery — sofas, sectionals and chairs are produced to order. Lead times are shown on each product page and run from 6 to 12 weeks depending on the piece.
- Marble tables — 6–8 weeks, as each top is cut and finished to order.
We contact you as soon as your order reaches our Dubai warehouse to agree a delivery window. Windows are four hours wide, seven days a week.
Charges
- Dubai and Sharjah — complimentary on orders above AED 3,000.
- Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain — complimentary on orders above AED 5,000.
- Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah — quoted at checkout.
- Below those thresholds a flat delivery charge applies, shown before you pay.
Before your delivery
Please measure your lift, stairwell and doorways against the dimensions on the product page. Large sectionals in particular will not fit every lift. If access is tight, tell us when we call — we can usually plan around it, but we need to know in advance.
GCC shipping
We ship to Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait on request. Freight and any customs duties are quoted case by case before your order is confirmed. Contact us with the pieces you are considering and your delivery city.
